Commercial Property Administrator
Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Assistant for a 3 month contract with our
Purpose of the Role:
The candidate will be required to assist the Residential property manager across a broad range of property types and be competent and confident in dealing with and managing a Residential property portfolio.
You will be responsible for dealing with and managing maintenance requests, planned maintenance, property inspections, dealing with contractors, debt management and recovery.
There will also be exposure to management of commercial property and management of residential property sales and other day to day tasks associated with the running of a medium sized property company.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer literate with fast and accurate typing skills.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, with an excellent telephone manner.
• Able to work using own initiative.
• Experience of working in a property environment.
• Adopt a common sense approach to tasks.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
