Job Description
Our client based in Redhill, is looking for a HR Administrator to cover maternity leave. Your role will be to provide an efficient and effective administrative support function to the Human Resources Department and assist the Human Resources Manager in providing a friendly, professional and reliable service to all management and employees. You will also provide a welcoming and efficient first line contact for callers and visitors for our client.
We are looking for someone with attitude and tenacious with a proactive, self-motivated approach to work. You must be reliable in terms of time keeping and attendance, and be flexible in helping out in other areas of the business where necessary.
Duties may include,
1.To produce monthly reports accurately and on time (headcount, commission, starters/leavers, holiday accruals, etc.).
2.To produce, collate and distribute paperwork for all starters and leavers and advise departments as necessary.
3.To update the Intranet with organisation chart, welcome intro\'s, contacts pages, anniversaries plus ad hoc items as necessary including policy/procedure/form changes.
4. To produce offer letters and contracts as necessary for both UK and European staff and to send out with any additional supporting documentation.
5.To create new employee files in accordance with Department procedure, and to maintain up to date and accurate information within existing employee files.
6.To maintain the Human Resources database with accurate information.
7.To process expenses and log on the monthly Excel worksheet in time for processing with payroll.
8.To prepare all documentation in preparation for monthly payroll (sickness certificates/starter forms/maternity certificates etc).
9.To maintain all absence records (sickness, holiday, compassionate leave etc) and to record on the database.
10.To conduct Exit Interviews for all leavers and to distribute internally as necessary.
11.To take responsibility on a daily basis for filing within the Department.
Administration experience is essential, good eye for detail, excellent level of Customer Service and dedicated attitude would be ideal
