The opportunity has arisen to join this beautiful 16th century country house hotel nestled in the heart of Sussex set in 40 acres of private grounds.
The Role:-
The successful candidate will be working within the restaurant kitchen, producing modern British food, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented for the elegant and award winning restaurant. The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen. You will be reporting to the kitchens Head/Sous Chef.
