Job Description
The Position:
Our leading Investment Banking client is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to run one or more large Business process innovation projects. As a senior Programme Manager you will lead large teams in establishing programmes, planning, scoping and design, financial and contractual management, risk management and governance, quality and change management, and client relationship management across all business units. Working within the Central Change Delivery unit, you will drive programme delivery, and make the key design and delivery decisions. You must perform hands-on management, taking full responsibility and accountability for the delivery, and managing the overall direction for the associated project/programme teams.

The Candidate:
You are a strong Programme Manager able to demonstrate delivery and leadership expertise on large-scale programmes within a banking environment. Ideally with good understanding of at least one area of investment banking, preferably Equities; and a consultancy background, you will have experience across multiple project types and business functions. You should be capable of developing new tools and approaches, problem solving at a strategic level, and leading multi-million pound projects. As a Senior Executive, strong stakeholder management capability, formidable communication skills and sound commercial acumen are a prerequisite as is strength in people development.
