Job Description

This newly opened 4 star hotel in the London area is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their dedicated brigade. This deluxe hotel offers 100+ spectacular bedrooms all of which have an abundance of natural light and are equipped with all the latest technology. All the rooms boast the best in contemporary design and fittings, but with a &retro chic& feel.

This establishment can cater for over 300 covers at any one time, including their large banqueting facilities. The restaurant produces fresh mouth-watering cuisine at rosette standard. The menus are changed on a weekly basis and all the food produced is totally homemade.

The person to suit must have all round experience of busy restaurant and banqueting operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly motivated team.

Qualifications/Experience required: * Posses all the relevant qualifications to satisfy such a position including NVQ I&II and hygiene certificates * Must be a team player * Must be a great communicator and be able to get on well with the brigade * Must be positively spirited and passionate about food with the desire to learn
