Job Description
A Commis Chef is required for this traditional hotel with 40 plus bedrooms located in the heart of West Sussex. The restaurant offers Fine dining for up to 50 covers serving superb traditional English cuisine with Mediterranean influences made with fresh local produce.
The client is looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef who is looking for their first position within a quality establishment. Having a good range of experience you will be a team player and flexible in your approach to helping out the brigade.
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and experience within in a similar role is preferred.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
