This privately owned, highly accredited country house hotel located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside is currently seeking to recruit a Commis Chef to enhance and strengthen their existing brigade. The hotel has an award winning restaurant and prides itself in using fresh local produce.

The Role:-
As Commis Chef you will be working in a stable, friendly brigade and you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Chefs in running the kitchen, as well as learning and developing your skills by doing basic cooking and preparing of food under the supervision of the more experienced chefs. Having a good attention to detail and a passion for the very highest of standards, you must be creative, ambitious and possess flair.

Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate will have previous red star/rosette experience and have a good all round knowledge of the kitchen. You will also require an aptitude in the kitchen and have the ability to listen and follow instructions. You should also possess NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
