Job Description
This delightful red star country house hotel would like to appoint a hard working Chef de Partie Pastry to assist in their rosette accredited kitchen.
The establishment offers a choice of dining options and the setting proves popular as the perfect location for weddings and other functions. The extensive menus are English with French influences, offering traditional cuisine that is simple yet fresh and exciting.
Candidates must be from a quality background, preferably with rosette and volume cooking experience.
The successful Pastry Chef will be dedicated to their chosen profession and committed to maintaining the reputation of the hotel as one of the finest in the area. Assisting the chefs in all areas of the kitchen you will be flexible and your ambition and desire to succeed will stand you in the best of stead to pursue a long term career in this hotel. The working pattern for this pastry chef position will be five days out of seven as the business requires, reporting to the Head Chef.
