Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a FTSE 100 organisation! They are looking to appoint an Administrator with finance experience to work within their regulated financial business in Beckenham Your role will include the resolution of queries raised by reconciliation departments by means of thorough investigation of transactional exceptions for regulated and non regulated accounts. You\'ll be accountable for efficient exception tracking, you\'ll proactively identify control weaknesses and delivery and documentation, investigate and resolve transactional exception items, through regular review and liaison with the team and service/business units, ensuring escalation if necessary, control and minimise financial, business and regulatory risk ensuring that issues identified are fully assessed and incorporated into improved work processes, provide regular data analysis for review and action and recommend and document procedures for implemented process changes. Candidates should have a thorough understanding and experience of desk top applications, including Excel to an intermediary level. They should also have experience of payment and payment reconciliation, Back Office procedures and processes, to include controls and checks over bank accounts
