Technical Delivery & Offshore Supplier Manager (Lombardi Teamworks), Financial Services, London
Our Financial Services client requires a Technical Delivery Manager & Offshore Supplier Manager with a proven track record of technical delivery using offshore 3rd parties.
The Technical Delivery Manager & Offshore Supplier Manager will be required to manage the detailed specification and design, delivery, acceptance and implementation of technical components required to meet established business requirements, represent the business requirements to the technical supply chain and the technical solutions to business users; and be responsible for identification, progress and quality of required technical components.
The Technical Delivery Manager & Offshore Supplier Manager will ensure that a process methodology (UML) is established, implemented, and adjusted as necessary and complied with in support of successful technical delivery.
The Technical Delivery Manager & Offshore Supplier Manager will become heavily engaged in hands on management of 3rd party suppliers over full project life cycle. This will include commercial contract negotiation and enforcement, SLA development and management, and monitoring of deliverables to SLA, cost and quality standards.
The successful candidate will also have extensive experience of ongoing relationship/stakeholder management and direct experience of managing offshore delivery and working with outsourced and off-shore teams.
The successful candidate will be Prince 2 certified, and have demonstrable experience of Lombardi Teamworks (Business Process Management Suite).
Finally, candidates must be willing to travel to supplier offshore development centres.
