Home Care Manager
Nestor Healthcare is a major player in health and social care providing services to individuals in their own homes thereby enhancing their
well-being.
Goldsborough Home Care part of the Nestor Healthcare Group, are looking for Home Care Managers to join their committed team in the London area (Bromley, Hackney and West London and Brent)
As a Home Care Manager you will report to the Branch Manager and be responsible for the day to day management of service delivery. You will be required to manage a team of Care Coordinators, liaise and develop strong working relationships with Customers, Care Workers and the branch team. You should also be able to achieve high standards of service delivery through excellent organisational and management skills. Your role will be to ensure that the branch is compliant with CQC, company policies and procedures and relevant LA contract terms and conditions. You will be required to support the Branch Manager with business development.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the domiciliary care industry at Team leader level or above and show evidence of being up to date with CQC and other legislative requirements.
We are looking for a team player with the ability to work on their own initiative. You must be an excellent communicator with strong IT skills.
